England Under-19s: Rocky Flintoff and Charlie Harmison get call-ups for South Africa series

Rocky Flintoff has returned to the England Under-19 squad for the three-match ODI series against South Africa.

Flintoff, who is the son of former England all-rounder Andrew, missed England’s run to the U-19 World Cup final earlier this year due to injury.

The 18-year-old has been joined in the squad by uncapped pacer Charlie Harmison, who is also the son of legendary England fast bowler Steve.

There are six players in the World Cup squad from earlier this year: Ralphie Albert, Ben Dawkins, Will Bennison, Ali Farooq, Alex French and James Minto.

The first of three youth ODIs against South Africa will be played in Leicester on June 30 and the team will play two youth Tests before that.

England U-19 ODI Squad: Ralphie Albert (Surrey), Will Bennison (Yorkshire), Ben Dawkins (Kent), Ali Farooq (Leicestershire), Rocky Flintoff (Lancashire), Alex French (Surrey), Charlie Harmison (Durham), Byron Hatton-Lowe (Nottinghamshire), James Minto (DDG), Jack Minto (DG).
