The Social Reckoning trailer gives us our first look at Jeremy Strong as Zuck


15 years after David Fincher and Aaron Sorkin The Social Network premiered in theaters, Sony has released the first trailer about Social Accounting ahead of its theaters on October 9. The sequel takes place 17 years after the events depicted in the original film and follows a young Facebook engineer who asks for professional help. In the film Jeremy Strong as the elderly Mark Zuckerberg (doing the memorable voice of the Meta CEO), Mikey Madison as Facebook engineer and whistleblower Frances Haugen, and Jeremy Allen White as WSJ reporter Jeff Horwitz. The new trailer debuted at CinemaCon a few months ago where Sorkin told the crowd that “a while back, we told the story of a college kid who built a website in his dorm and connected the world. Well, as you can tell, a few things have changed since that dream exploded into a global corporation. It’s time to say more,” According to The Hollywood Reporter. Sorkin has described the new film as “a true David and Goliath story.”
