Amazon Review Ember Artline: A Beautiful Art Line

One special feature is the free “motion picture” service. Imagine a static painting where part of the painting, such as a river or fog on top of a mountain, is moving slightly. She is gentle and beautiful. There are many more, but I can’t add my own. The TCL NXTVISION also features slow-motion video graphics, but the artwork on the Ember Artline looks realistic. In particular, I was impressed by some of the more subtle images, including one that shows the sun setting over the mountains in a very dark setting.

Another unique feature is Match the Room. It uses an image where the TV is, and then creates AI images that match the color of the space. Having my TV artwork match the beauty of my family room’s brown walls and navy blue sofa made me feel like an interior designer.

Then there’s the Omnisense feature, which claims to know when you leave the room. There, it turns off the display, then turns it back on when you come back. (For comparison, the TCL doesn’t have a motion sensor; most Ember and Frame Pro models have motion sensors.) In my testing, the Omnisense worked about 90 percent of the time, occasionally failing to detect my presence in the room and not opening Artline as it should. Amazon reps told me they had never heard of this. However, this feature was very efficient and could save energy.

Alexa+ voice search was limited on the Artline, though you can easily use it to turn up the volume and launch apps with voice. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it to search for classic works of art, such as Van Goghs or Rembrandts. However, the agent can answer questions about the weather, play music, provide sports information, and chat with you about politics. I used to use Alexa + to find movies and TV shows. I asked for challenges like “show me any happiness in the past two years that is 80 percent or more Rotten Tomatoes,” and it really worked. You can also display Amazon Photos, artwork, and use Alexa+ to create AI artwork. The art of AI is simple. That said, using the rules of speech to create art is unique and fun.

The main disadvantage of Ember Artline compared to Samsung Frame Pro is that the contrast is slightly improved. I couldn’t find Vincent Van Gogh Starry Night when I scanned the available Artline art, so I posted it as a picture. When I did this on the Frame Pro, the incredible contrast and color gave a crisp, clear look, like you could reach and feel the strokes of the big brushes. At Artline, the painting itself lacked form and contrast.

I was surprised to find that Ember Artline doesn’t use the new window technology – it’s the same The price of QLED like the old Amazon Fire and the new Ember movies. This means, the difference (which Amazon does not release) is not great, based on my experience watching several movies and TV shows. There’s a new anti-glare matte finish, which makes all artwork (and whatever you’re downloading) look more realistic.
