Mourinho arrived in Madrid with the “new guard”.

Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho arrived today, Tuesday, in Madrid, the capital of Spain, to the training headquarters in Valdebebas from tomorrow, Wednesday, to prepare for his official appointment with Real Madrid.

Spanish newspaper AS reports that Mourinho has taken his entire technical staff with him in a move aimed at compensating for the time during which many activities within the club were suspended during the last election period.

According to the newspaper, the Portuguese coach has made it his priority to develop a plan to prepare for the new season, including deciding the location of the summer camp and the schedule of friendlies that the team will play before the start of official competitions.

Mourinho will also begin a comprehensive review of the squad to determine the names that will continue with him in the next round, while it comes after the club completed their first summer signings, including French defender Ibrahima Konate and Dutch full-back Denzel Dumfries as part of a plan to strengthen the defensive line.
