Ramos is with the Portugal national team, which is currently preparing for the 2026 World Cup, where it is in Group 11 along with Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uzbekistan.

Ramos has won many trophies with Paris Saint-Germain, most notably two Champions League titles in two consecutive years in 2025 and 2026.
