This is Microsoft’s Xbox 25th anniversary console in translucent green

Microsoft has created a special version of the Xbox Series X to celebrate the console’s 25th anniversary. The Xbox 25th anniversary console takes design cues from the original Xbox console, with a controller and a controller that has a green design.

“For the first time, we’re bringing a sleek look to Xbox Series X, drawing inspiration from the original Xbox and the OG Green many gamers remember,” explains Jason RonaldThe next generation VP. “The Xbox Series X25 Limited Edition honors our legacy, with the power and performance of the Xbox Series X, including 1 TB of storage, and a design that reflects where we’ve been and the team that’s been with us along the way.”

The X on the front of the controller lights up green when you turn on this unique printer, and there’s a 25th anniversary logo on the front. The controller has the original ABXY colors, as well as bumpers that honor the original black and white buttons found on the Duke controller. “The back door and battery door are clear, revealing the XBOX logo,” explains Ronald.

Both consoles and controllers will be available in November, but Microsoft hasn’t announced an exact release date or pricing yet.
