Paul Quinn was convicted of raping Andrew Malkinson while in prison.

After the sentencing hearing, Malkinson said: “I am insulted that this violent, vile individual – who allowed me to suffer two decades of abuse and over 17 years of wrongful imprisonment – received a lighter sentence than the innocent man who was handed down on me.”
