It all started last year. On April 14, 2025, Dan Berulis, an IT employee at the National Labor Relations Board, NLRB, filed his complaint with the main issue. He said DOGE had tampered with the agency’s information and appeared to be releasing it from the NLRB.

Moving on a bit further, Berulis has now filed a defamation lawsuit in DC court against Elon Musk. He also said that Musk made him a target for further violence by falsely claiming that Berulis’ claims against DOGE were false.
