Bosnian coach Vladimir Petkovic continued his outstanding performances for Algeria as he led the Desert Warriors to a historic 1-0 win over the Netherlands in a friendly at the Feyenoord Stadium in Rotterdam yesterday, Wednesday.

Having achieved this victory, Petkovic increased his success rate for the “greens” to 75%, as he managed to win 21 out of 28 confrontations with Algeria.

This was confirmed by the Bosnian coach, who has the best winning percentage among all coaches who have led the Algerian national team in at least 20 matches.

The Algerian national team is now preparing for the 2026 World Cup, in a group that also includes Argentina, Austria and Jordan.
