Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Al-Nasri, has ranked the Saudi club as the top-paying club in the world, ahead of many of Europe’s biggest clubs, notably Real Madrid.
The Saudi Okaz newspaper quoted a report from the Capologie website, which specializes in football players’ salaries, which found that Al-Nasr is the club that paid the most salaries in the world for the 2025-2026 season, about $508 million.
Al-Nasr overtook second-placed Real Madrid at around $504.5 million, making them the only two clubs to break the half-billion-dollar mark last season.
ConsideredThe main reason for Al-Nasr’s high salaries is Portuguese star Cristiano RonaldoHe receives an annual salary of 208 million 400 thousand euros, that is, more than 4 million euros per week, reports the same website.
The list saw a strong Saudi presence as Al Hilal came in third with around $452 million, ahead of fourth-placed Manchester City with around $409.7 million and Bayern Munich in fifth with around $369.7 million.
Also in the Roshan League, Al-Ahli was ranked thirteenth on the list with an estimated salary of $234.9 million, while Al-Ittihad was ranked 24th with an estimated salary of $135.8 million.
