Scorsese said in a statement to the New York Times: “I’m interested in the movement of technology and storytelling, and seeing how it can push the boundaries of technology to create deeper and richer experiences for audiences.

He added: “For 70 years, I’ve been writing my own scripts. There’s always been a problem with how you communicate to your team what you see in your head. There are things you need to see and hear. Now with this tool, I can share what I see clearly and effectively to my creative team.”
