Protesters and riot police clashed around the house of Novak’s killer

Riot police clashed with protesters in Southampton on Tuesday night over the killing of Henry Nowak.

Nowak, 18, was stabbed when he returned to his student accommodation in Southampton in December last year.

Hundreds of people took part in a rally outside Southampton Central Police Station before gathering at Vikrum Digwa’s family home.

According to the BBC’s Peter Cook, who was at the protest, objects including bricks, bricks and e-scooters were thrown at police.
