Hannah Kane: The Wales forward left Leicester City after WSL relegation


Wales international Hannah Kane is leaving Leicester City following the club’s relegation from the Women’s Super League (WSL).

“This club is so much more than a place to play football. It’s a place where I grew up, learned, made lifelong friendships and made memories that I will cherish forever.”

Kane is currently with the Wales squad preparing to face Montenegro and the Czech Republic in their final Women’s World Cup qualifiers and is yet to indicate where she will play next season.

“Although it was always difficult to leave, I am incredibly grateful for what this club has given me,” he added.

“I will always look back on these years with pride and gratitude.”
