Strava criticizes zero-code AI programs and scrapers while strengthening its API

In addition, Strava users can now use a new tool which allows them to interact their fitness data – including running, heart rate per minute, GPS data, etc. – to Claude. The company says the new API ban will not affect wearables and device integrations or users’ ability to download their data for free.
