James Milner retires after 24-year Premier League career at Brighton

Former England international James Milner has announced his retirement after 24 years in the Premier League.

The versatile 40-year-old is out of contract after spending the last three seasons with them. Brighton.

Milner has played for six teams in England’s top flight. He broke the record for Premier League appearances in February.

He started his career in Leeds And won three Premier League titles – two in Manchester City And with one Liverpool – He also helped the Reds win the 2019 Champions League.
