Senegal’s stunning defeat in America

Preparations for the Senegal team to participate in the World Cup of America, Mexico and Canada received an early blow after losing to the American team (2-3) in a friendly match on Sunday evening.

Serginio Dest opened the scoring for the United States, Christian Pulisic then doubled the hosts’ lead before Sadio Mane equalized with two goals, but substitute Folarin Balogun scored the winner to give the USA a deserved and entertaining win.

The United States team plays in the fourth group of the World Cup, which includes Australia, Paraguay and Turkey.

While the Senegalese team is in the ninth group of the World Cup tournaments, together with the French, Iraqi and Norwegian teams.
