As Cuba heads into another month of blackouts due to the US-imposed total oil embargo, many say their lives depend on these power outages.

For Ana Rosa Romero, a 70-year-old widow who lives in a high-rise building, the constant power cuts have changed her daily life.

The BBC’s Will Grant spoke to her about the impact of the blackout.
