URC: Wales wing Josh Adams hunts another South African scalp with Cardiff at Stormers

“We do a lot of speed gate timing, movement, strength and explosive stuff. I’m a lot better now than I was before.

“It shows that no matter where you are in your career, you can still get better when you buy something.”

Adams will hope to show that acceleration when he gets another chance to score late on in South Africa’s corner, almost four years after one of Wales’ finest hours.
