A Kenyan court has blocked the planned US quarantine facility in the country

But in its ruling, the court in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, specifically barred government agencies and officials from “establishing, operating, facilitating, approving or authorizing” any Ebola-related isolation, quarantine or treatment center affiliated with the US or any foreign government in Kenya.
