Caroline Dubois will stand by Jack Paul for Stephanie Hahn’s rematch with Holly Holm this weekend and could fight the next winner, MVP chief executive Nakissa Bidarian has revealed.
WBA lightweight champion Hahn defends her title against Holm for the second time four months after their controversial first meeting.
Holm, who was trailing on three judges’ scorecards, lost by unanimous technical decision after a head clash left her with a cut on her forehead that forced a seventh-round stoppage in Puerto Rico.
Dubois is chasing the next piece of the undisputed puzzle, unifying the WBC, WBO and Ring Magazine lightweight belts with his win over Terry Harper in April. Bidarian revealed that Han could be next.
“Caroline Dubois is coming to the United States to fight,” he said Sky Sports. “He will stay with Jack and me and watch closely.

“Obviously, this is his division, so one of them could be his future opponent. Whether it’s a fight or Elif Turhan next, the idea is for him to continue to unify and eventually be undisputed.”
Asked who will come out on top this Saturday in El Paso, Bidarian added: “It’s going to be a close fight.
“Stephanie has hometown advantage. It’s a sold-out venue with over 7,500 people in the building. Every seat will be filled. Holly has been in positions like this before and prevailed.”

Holm is out to avenge the first professional loss of her 40-fight career.
The victory could set him on a trajectory to face Dubois, a fighter he admires, but he’s refusing to look out of action this weekend.
Dubois, Holm said Sky Sports: “I think he’s done well. I think he’s definitely a fighter – to make a statement in the boxing world, very tough, and a lot of respect.
“I’m always open to anything. I just want to focus on this fight; it’s the only promising one because everything depends on what happens. So I’m focused on that, and then we’ll see what doors open.”
