Former FBI Director James Comey has been accused of threatening Trump’s life on his Instagram page.

“The DOJ cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that James Comey intended to intimidate or harm President Trump,” Guruleh, a professor at Notre Dame Law School, told the BBC. “The charges are a clear attempt to intimidate the president’s political enemies.”
