If you’ve been waiting for a smaller version of Oura Rings, the company’s latest apparel is now available for pre-order on June 4th from Oura and other third-party retailers, including both. Amazon and Walmart. The Oura Ring 5, which starts at $399, is 40 percent smaller than its predecessor the directordue to its compact and lightweight design. Oura also promises accuracy and battery life, allowing you to use it for nine days on a single charge.

In addition to the changes mentioned above, Oura is releasing a number of new software tools, including a Find tool to locate a faulty ring or charge using the Oura software. Going forward, the company is bringing real-time exercise and heart rate tracking, as well as support for third-party heart rate monitors and new GLP-1 tracking devices. Oura also announced Health Radar, a system that monitors nighttime breathing and blood pressure for signs of potential disease, and partnered with Counsel Health to bring AI-powered clinical guidance to the app.

Starting today, you can order Ring 5 at Amazon, Best Buy, Objectives, Walmartand Oura online store in silver or black, starting at $399. Original colors — including gold, subtle, polished silver, and deep rose colors — are also available from the same retailer starting at $499. Each model has a custom-sized charger and USB-C cable, and, as usual, is eligible for US HSA and FSA returns.

In terms of sizing, the latest Oura Ring is available in sizes 6 to 13 with free fittings, which is useful as the smaller form factor means that sizing differs from previous Oura Ring models. Like the original iteration, the ring works with iPhones and Android devices, though you still need one Oura membership ($5.99 per month / $69.99 per year) to access all platform features and information.

Along with the Ring, Oura is introducing the Oura Ring 5 Charging Case, which supports wireless charging and can provide up to one month of battery life. It also features an action button that allows you to quickly activate the wallet and check your payment status.
