Liverpool fans celebrated both goals
Mohamed Salah’s farewell to Liverpool fans at Anfield this Sunday night saw a special incident involving the Egyptian star’s daughters Mecca and Kian.
Mohamed Salah played his last game for Liverpool tonight against Brentford in a 1-1 draw at the end of the La Liga season with the Egyptian star scoring his side’s only goal.
After the match, Mohamed Salah and his partner Andy Robertson said goodbye to the fans In their final match with Liverpool, in the presence of the players’ families and the club’s legends.
Salah was keen to include his two daughters, Mecca and Kian, in a farewell to fans who know them well. Mecca started with the ball to great cheers from the fans and smashed the ball into the net and the fans reacted strongly to the goal as if it was in the game.
Salah’s younger daughter Kayan Nahi then headed the ball into the goal amid much cheering from the fans. He hit the ball which was weak and continued his movement until it stopped on the goal line for the fans to cheer it again and Salah headed it back towards the goal to put the ball into the net for the fans to celebrate the goal as well.
Mohamed Salah wanted to take selfies with the fans in the stands who presented him with a huge poster which he hung up during the match.
