All stadia are rated by UEFA between Category One and Category Four, with four being the highest.
From the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League play-off qualifiers, venues must have four categories of status.
Requirements for class four stadiums range from facilities for referees and media organizations to the size of the stadium. All category four grounds must have a spectator capacity of at least 8,000, which fills Pranasakti Stadium.
Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt, who reached the quarter-finals of this season’s Champions League, have category four stadium status despite being a fraction more than UEFA’s minimum requirement of 8,000.
The list of requirements for passing Category Four status is extensive, but includes all of the following conditions:

A pitch measuring 105mx68m including automatic underground pitch irrigation system and pitch heating and/or pitch cover

Benches for both teams consisting of 20 seats and at least 4 meters from the touchline and with an unobstructed view of the entire field of play

A minimum of 8,000 seats for visitors, with at least 5% being made available for away fans

Stadia must be able to cater for 80% male spectators and have one sitting toilet and sink for every 250 male spectators and one urinal for every 125 male spectators.

Stadia must be able to provide 25% female visitors and one sitting toilet and sink for every 120 female visitors in the home sector as well as one sitting toilet and sink for every 80 female visitors in the visiting sector.

All public entrances must have turnstiles and an electronic ticketing system designed to prevent counterfeit tickets with one turnstile for every 660 visitors.

At least 100 VIP seats

At least 150 parking spaces for VIPs, other guests and staff

At least 60 seats for the media inside the stadium
