The curtain came down on the semi-finals of the Elite Under-21 Aviation League Championship, played on a home-and-away basis, and witnessed a strong and exciting clash of clubs fighting for a place in the final.

Al-Fateh lost the first leg 0-1 before turning it around in the second leg to score a valuable two-goal win to secure a place in the final with a remarkable performance and strong personality on the pitch.

The achievement comes as an extension of the team’s remarkable run in the qualifiers, after they defeated Al-Nasr in the quarter-finals, beating them 4-1 in the first leg, before renewing with a 3-2 victory in the second leg, establishing their strong presence as one of the biggest surprises of the season.
The semi-finals of the tournament saw a number of players shine, the most notable of which was Al-Hazmi’s Omar Al-Hattami, who was at a remarkable level against Al-Hilal as he managed to score goals in both the home and away matches.
Omar Al-Hatami managed to score in the first leg before repeating his goalscoring form in the second leg, establishing himself as a strong presence in the encounter despite the strength of the opposition and the difficulty of the test against one of the most popular teams in the tournament.
Al-Fateh booked their place in the finals of the Under-21 Elite Aviation League Championship, setting up a much-anticipated date with Al-Hazm in the final match of the competition, which is scheduled to take place next Saturday night.
The final went against all expectations as the duo managed to outplay all the big clubs who had superior chances at every level.
