Dyson’s smallest PencilWash just got its best price yet on Memorial Day

If Dyson’s PensuloVac Fluffycones made you wish the company had built something a little less scrubbing for your home, enter its latest release. Dyson PencilWash. The cordless vacuum cleaner is designed to handle spills and stains on tiles and other surfaces, and right now, it’s available for the low price of $249.99 ($100 off) Amazon, Objectivesand Dyson in preparation for Memorial Day.

With its 1.5-inch-diameter handle and a design that allows it to lie almost flat, the PencilWash can maneuver under chairs and other hard-to-reach areas that regular floor cleaners can’t reach. Designed for hard surfaces like tile, laminate, and hardwood floors, it uses a hydration press and microfiber wet roller to clean dirt and grime with every pass, so you’re cleaning with fresh water every time. There is also a Max system for dealing with dry stains that are difficult to clean, and an adjustable neck that makes it easier to navigate obstacles.

PencilWash is designed to be low-maintenance, too. Debris and waste water are collected directly in the head instead of through the machine, preventing them from getting trapped in the filter. It shouldn’t leave your floor wet, either, and it comes with a charging port that lets it run for 30 minutes per charge (you can also buy storage battery $99.99). The 300ml pure water tank should be enough to cover more than 1,000 feet at the lowest point, after which it needs to be refilled.
