Elon Musk lost his lawsuit against Sam Altman

After two hours of deliberation, the jury reached a unanimous decision Musk v. Altmantechnical test of the year. The panel found that two claims were barred by the statute of limitations, and the third failed due to the dismissal of one of these claims.

The jury found that Musk’s claim for breach of good faith was barred by the statute of limitations, and that Microsoft’s claim that it aided and abetted such breach failed. Reinstatement is barred by the statute of limitations, the judge found.
