Belgium’s Yannick Carrasco, Al-Shabaab captain, continued his outstanding performances this season as he starred in his side’s 3-2 win over Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Arabian Roshan Professional League.
Carrasco had a great match against Al-Ittihad after he managed to score two goals in addition to a superb goal to lead Al-Shabaab to an important victory in one of the strongest matches of the tour.
These figures take the Belgian star’s tally to 18 goals and eight assists this season, taking his tally to 23 for Al-Shabaab in the Rusheen League.

Carrasco is now the second-highest goalscorer in a single season by a young player in Saudi Roshan League history, behind legend Nasser Al-Shamrani, who scored 27 goals in the 2011-2012 season.
