Mourinho: The Arbeloa and Mbappe crisis hurts me, and I received an offer from “Benfica”.

“Benfica” coach Jose Mourinho spoke to the media before the match against “Estoril” in the last round of the Portuguese league, stressing that he feels great pain because of what happened between Real Madrid coach Alvaro Arbeloa and his star Kylian Mbappe.

Benfica must win against Estoril and Sporting Lisbon slip up against Gil Vicente if they are to qualify for the Champions League next game.

“Sport” newspaper published Mourinho’s statements during the press conference, where he revealed that he received an offer to extend the contract with “Benfica”, but he did not want to see it.

The Portuguese coach said: “I received an offer to extend my contract from Benfica, and the offer went to my agent, but I didn’t want to see it, or know him, or study it. I will only do it from next Sunday.

He added: “I have not received official offers from “Real” and next week will be important for my future.
