French reports said on Wednesday that the Marseille club are on the brink of a fresh blowout amid growing tensions between Moroccan sporting director Mehdi Benatia and Senegalese technical director Habib Bey.
As the French newspapers L’Equipe and La Provence write, Habib Bey and Mehdi Benatia exchanged harsh criticism several times, declaring that “none of them tolerates the other’s style”.
Reports indicated that the Moroccan sporting director was disappointed with the Senegalese coach’s performance and regretted betting on him.
