Video: Koeman rejected Savic’s exclusive gift in the derby

The derby between Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal, which brought the two sides together on Tuesday night, witnessed one of the strangest missed opportunities in the competition this season.

Al-Nasr will host its neighbor Al-Hilal at the Al-Awal Park stadium today, Tuesday evening, in the 32nd round of the Roshen League.

In the second minute of stoppage time in the first half, France’s Kingsley Coman, Al Nasr’s winger, received an exceptional gift from Serbian Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Al Hilal’s midfielder.

Savic, known for his accurate passing, decided to miscue Koeman on the edge of the box, so the France star headed towards Al Hilal’s goal and fired a superb shot into the left corner of Moroccan goalkeeper Yassin Bounou, but the ball hit the post.

The chance surprised Al Nasr fans and Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus as it would have given Al Alami a big lead before the end of the first half.
