Mel Giedroyc has this fun game in which the game teams are placed in the head rooms that, using exercises and limitations, they have to run to escape. The contestants (which include Ed Gamble, Lou Sanders, Nish Kumar and Chloe Petts) get their sea legs with a fishing challenge, complete with the smell of the beach and oysters to shuck. Their complete inadequacy creates a lot of fun. Phil Harrison

Ian Fleming and The Curse of Bond – The Spy Who Killed Me

Ian Fleming may be one of the most influential writers of all time but, as this show shows, that didn’t make him happy. “He ended up hating Bond,” recalls his assistant, Clare Blanchard. The film flits between Europe and Jamaica with Ralph Fiennes and Marlon James among the cast of characters competing for the record. PH

A brilliant cinematic adaptation gives this story of a 1980s coup a powerful force that complements the twists and turns in its story. The second part of Sam Blair’s extraordinary documentary reveals Berlusconi’s reign at AC Milan. The combination of 80s nostalgia, the traditional dominance of football and the new era of sports puts him at the center of his time. Richard Gadd’s claustrophobic story jumps to 1993. Ruben’s job with the children at the community center is giving him stability and Niall is trying to get into Oxford. But Niall’s mother asks him to lie about Ruben in court, which could have serious consequences. PE
