Danso was abused in April during the Premier League’s No Room for Racism campaign, which aims to promote diversity and tackle discrimination in football.
In a statement released at the time, the Premier League said discriminatory abuse had “absolutely no place in football or wider society”.
“Anyone who chooses to abuse others is not welcome in our game and is not a true fan,” they added.
“It is clear that more needs to be done to tackle this issue and we will be working with clubs, football organisations, law enforcement and social media organizations to ensure this is a priority for all.”

“I just try not to let it affect me and how I feel about myself and my performance to continue playing at a very high level,” he added.
“I grew up in Austria, faced racism, being in a predominantly white country. But again, I think I learned how to deal with it.
